in Jigme Sherubling CS(Khaling) which was one of the renowed school from Bhutan. It was one of the best school I have ever encountered and I have seen many positive changes in myself. Till my completion of class 12, I got an opportunity to play as a school football team and basketball team from 6th grade, beside this I was one of the school dancer.
True, he is infinite Majesty, but he is also infinite Goodness and infinite love. There can be no greater lord than god; neither can there be more ardent lover than He.
When I was at sixth grade I got inspired from one of my brother who use to carry guitar with him all the time and plays for me. Then I started to learn from him when ever I get free hours. I still remember the first song he taught me, "Choe Lu Tadhi" by Misty Terrace.
TedTalk
what really matters at the end of life?
Opening
Well, we all need a reason to wake up. He uses this
phrase to grab the audience that he is now going to talk about his life.
Introduction
Mr. BJ Miller narrates how his arm and feet got
affected by the electrical current. He thought he is now no more in this world
and thought he is now beginning as a long-run patient.
Body-content
He started to narrate some of the real-life stories
that inspired him and made his self-esteem strong. He introduced Frank, who is
a long-standing HIV patient. He has always been an adventurer and there is no
fan of regret for him. Though he works on bone pain and fatigue, he had got a
strong determination whenever he comes to the clinic, saying he wanted to raft
down the Colorado River and still could do this. BJ Miller then changed his
major to art history after his accident. He now works in San Francisco called
the Zen Hospice Project which helps with his shift. Working in the hospital
made him not give up on the notion that our institutions can become more
human.
Conclusion
He says at the end of his talk; to allow our life to
play itself all the way out – facing difficulties, aging, and dying can become
a process of crescendo through the end. We can’t solve for death, but we can
design toward it. He could redesign his life, all we need is to realize you can
always find a shock of beauty or meaning in what life you have left, like that
of a snowball lasting for a perfect moment, all the while melting away. Therefore,
if we love such moments ferociously, then we can learn to live well. Let death
be what takes us, not lack of imagination. He ended up his speech after giving meaningful
words about our life.
Body – language
He uses facial expressions to convey a lot of
emotional feelings
Though he cannot stand, his eye contact and clarity were
good
The use of gestures made the presentation more
interesting

At the end of our lives, what do we wish for? For many of us, it's simply comfort, respect, and love. BJ Miller is a hospice and palliative medicine physician who thinks deeply about how to create a dignified, graceful end of life for his patients. I have learned that whatever consequences we face, there is always a second chance made for us. we should every day keep going whatever the situation is and your hardest time will often lead to the greatest moment of your life. Take time to savor this moving talk, which asks big questions about how we think about death and honor life by BJ Miller.
